All positions are based in Central Ohio with local travel to job sites in Columbus, Dublin, Westerville, New Albany, and surrounding areas.
Gutter Technician
Perform gutter cleaning, repair, guard installation, and downspout drain work on residential homes. No experience required — we train the right people. Must be comfortable on ladders and working outdoors.
Exterior Repair Specialist
Handle fascia and soffit replacement, exterior trim, small roof repairs, painting, and exterior caulking. Ideal for someone with carpentry or roofing background who wants steady local work with a respected crew.
Remodeling / Finish Carpenter
Support interior and exterior remodeling projects including bathroom updates, basement finishing, deck repair, and fence work. Looking for detail-oriented craftspeople who take pride in a clean finish.
Crew Lead / Foreman
Lead a small crew on job sites, ensure quality and safety, and be the face of the company with homeowners. 3+ years of hands-on exterior, gutter, or remodeling experience preferred.
General Laborer / Helper
Assist crews with material handling, job-site cleanup, and basic installation tasks. Great entry point into the trades — reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn is all you need.
